Welcome to the EPRI MRP Wiki!

EPRI’s MRP supports efforts to assess and implement mitigative actions for degradation mechanisms impacting materials in pressurized water reactor (PWR) primary systems. Program research provides utilities and regulatory agencies with the information necessary to make safe, technically sound, and cost-effective decisions for managing materials degradation.

This wiki was developed to be an extension of the MRP to serve as a dynamic educational and knowledge dissemination tool. MRP members are provided with useful references and a deeper understanding of how they can fully utilize the full suite of technical resources found in the MRP collection of research. With over 470 technical products detailing two decades of MRP materials research, improving access to MRP information is a program priority.

The MRP Wiki is intended to be used as a resource for finding answers to general program questions and locating available MRP guidance and industry information related to effective materials aging management in PWR primary systems. This wiki is not intended to be used as a direct reference for aging management issues - see the referenced EPRI documents for this guidance. An overview of the MRP program, including program operations, is included in the MRP Overview. MRP research is organized under specific Materials Research Focus Areas (MRFAs) that are summarized on individual wiki pages. Each MRFA page provides an overview of MRP research as well as available training and the publications that may be of most interest to new members. The menu bar to the left provides quick links to resource pages within this wiki. Login and MRP membership are required to view the pages beyond this introduction.
